Saachi Air Coffee Roaster, the coffee beans float on a bed of hot air inside of the roasting chamber, keeping the beans at a consistent temperature throughout the process. Top cover has a special chamber that collects the chaff or skin of the beans, preventing the material from smoking and affecting the batch’s flavor. The roasting process is what produces the characteristic flavor of coffee by causing the green coffee beans to change in taste.
